PIVITAS is on a mission to help businesses see through the eyes of others.
We use business anthropology and discovery research to help businesses invent products, launch strategies, and grow.
Explore your customers.
Explore your customers through hands-on interaction and in-depth interviews to improve sales effectiveness.
Launch successful products.
Generate insights that drive innovation by observing how your customers use your products across real-life scenarios.
Activate new strategies.
Discover how your customers and your employees view the world around them and translate findings into strategies that drive seismic change.
We talk to people.
Products and strategies often fail because they are not aligned with how people operate in the real world. One of the best ways of learning about people is interacting with them.
PIVITAS helps businesses translate people’s experiences into profitable products and actions. We accomplish this through discovery research ranging from in-depth conversations to on-site immersion (ethnography).
